2Use of This Website

4Online Ordering

• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
• Orders are subject to availability and our operating hours
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted
• We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspected fraud
• Menu prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and subject to change without prior notice

5Delivery Terms

• Delivery is available within our designated service areas in Benin City
• Estimated delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
• If you are unavailable to receive delivery after multiple contact attempts, the order may be cancelled without refund
• Risk and ownership of food passes to you upon delivery

6Payment Policy

We accept:

• Online payments — card, bank transfer, or USSD via Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Pay on Delivery — cash payment on receipt, where available

Payments are charged at order confirmation. If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.

7Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel within 5 minutes of placing an order by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as preparation may have begun.

• Order not delivered within a reasonable time with no satisfactory explanation
• Incorrect items received that do not match your order
• Food of unacceptable quality — spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with your order reference number. We may request photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• Change of mind after food has been prepared or dispatched
• Incorrect delivery address provided by you
• Unavailability to receive delivery after multiple contact attempts
• Complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery

8Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, logos, branding, and design — is the property of Versatile Pub / Chef P's Kitchen or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Versatile Pub / Chef P's Kitchen shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Allergic reactions where you have not disclosed relevant allergies before ordering

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order to which any claim relates.

11Allergen Information

If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us directly before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to our shared kitchen environment.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
